I'm curious if you agree with the gist of my two essays on rebuilding our government after the teardown -- that the quasi-legislative work that administrative agencies do might be better placed in the Legislative Branch; that the quasi-adjudicative work might be better placed in the Judicial Branch; and that the Legislative and Judicial Branch should be in control of appointments and removal of the officials who work in those branches?
Isn't it likely that we'll see more of these power grabs from this administration as long as Congress, i.e., Republicans, remain silent?
